Today I went to the Takahashi Collection in Hibiya, where they had some insanely awesome pieces, such as Makoto Aida’s “Blender”(2001) :

It was about 8 feet tall, and all the figures were women, with lots of detail. I stood there staring at it for like a good 5 minutes while people around me were like “this giant dude is a creeper…”

The show featured works by Makoto Aida, Hisashi Tenmyouya and Akira Yamaguchi:

I’ve been experimenting(again) and starting a new piece(AGAIN) but this time piling on the paint and dabbing and using the palette knife and razor blades to get some crazy creepy effects. This is a work in progress I’m going to title “Renunciation”:

This is other stuff I’ve been working on instead of updating:

The later one is on a claybord, its a super smooth absorbent panel, its expensive so i bought a tiny one, it dries amazingly fast though, good stuff.
